This was a trip of a lifetime…. and thank you so very much for making it happen.

I will send you a testimonial soon I promise . It has been super busy since I came back to USA and this week will be a good time for me to catch up on my to do list!

AND YES….September of next year Would be awesome for the Culinary/Winelands/Culture/Safari would be best for me as I am sold out during the summer season ….and it will be my birthday as well! I have talked to a few of my members about the possibility and they seem very interested !

I love your ideas….

we can design it so we can look at the different groups in South Africa and experience there culinary tastes, so we will move about a bit…even go to the rural Eastern Cape where I was for some traditional food, maybe go up to Kalahari where I just returned from, do a safari there as its in a semi desert area as well as in kruger..the Orange River area has about 350 kilometers of wineries scattered along it..it is the worlds 2cnd largest Winery collective and we should find some good Afrikaner home cooking buried in that area..

When will you be in USA ? I would like to ink the date ….or dates and work on the project(s) as soon as possible .
