Kings Pool Camp
Kings Pool Camp is a small intimate camp located in the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve.
The Linyanti is a large pristine vast private concession located in the northern part of Botswana,located on the western boundary of the Chobe National Park.
The wildlife in this area is plentiful, and diverse with the Linyanti known for its large elephant population especially in the dry winter months.
Kings Pool Camp overlooks the Linyanti River and the oxbow-shaped Kings Pool Lagoon.
Kings Pool is that type of area when added onto a Botswana safari circuit,it adds that depth or magic quality to it

Travelling deep into the channels of the Linyanti
Game is abundant,ie impala, lechwe, kudu, zebra, giraffe, buffalo and bushbuck,lion, leopard, cheetah,wild dog, spotted hyaena.Rarer species such as sable and roan antelope may make an apperance as well.
The reed and papyrus swamps are ideal for the birds and draw the game in the dry winter months.
Kings Pool Camp has two hides.
One is you can enjoy at one’s down time watching the animals come down to drink.
The other hide is the original underground hide,that was built with the water at eye-level.You are so close you can almost can touch the animals .
Game drives via open 4×4 Land Rovers each accommodating maximum 6 guests, allowing all guests an outside seat (each vehicle is equipped with a tree book,a bird book,a mammal book and insect repellent in a centre consol on each row of seats)
Walking safaris (on request at booking)
Fishing with a limited supply of basic equipment is on offer seasonally – catch and release basis
