A novel experience at the Mount Nelson is The Chef’s Table which is a specially-designed, interactive culinary experience.
Sated at an oak table in an alcove of the hotel kitchen,which has an oversized mirror affording a perfect view of the chefs at work, you are able to observe the chefs at work, and are also able to discuss the recipes with them.
