Pick up at Durban airport, drive to secluded beach side comfortable First Class Resort, about 4 hrs away,nestled in between villages,and next to the ocean.
Experience village walks, canoe trips, beach walks, waterfall trips,horse riding on the beach,through the local villages,and of course relax and do nothing …stay for 2 Nights….

Drive 2hrs away to Port St Johns and settle in at a First Class Resort once again on the beach ..stop at art and craft stalls along the way.
Enjoy the drive through magnificent Indigenous forests.
Experience village walks, canoe trips, beach walks, waterfall trips, horse riding on the beach, through the local villages, and of course relax and do nothing,,,,2N in a ocean view room.
4N/ 5th day
Drive to Umtata, 2hrs away, and visit the Nelson Mandela Museum,visit his home village, before continuing onward partly via the rural Transkei (Wild Coast) enjoying rural villages, scenic rural life,ending of at Alice in a local B and B .
5N/ 6th day
Enjoy a visit to the historic University of Fort Hare ,see a local art gallery,past political archives from the ANC, PAC, and Steve Biko,drive Port Alfred,from where you we will spend the night.
Before leaving the Bisho area, we will stop along the way to visit Steve Bikos home,and if lucky a chance to meet Mrs Biko,his grave,and walk through a local shopping area for villagers.
7th Day
Meander down to Knysna, stopping along the way at the storms river bridge, possibly Jeffries Bay or Cape St Francis to give you a peek into other local beach areas, or possibly the Tsitsikama forest.
We will drop you of mid afternoon, from where a local guide will meet you for any local activities that we have planned for you for the garden route
You will leave this area filled with memories of South Africa that will last a lifetime.
